A note on Availability

Daytime hours for appointments and phone availability may be somewhat restricted in the Fall of 2026 due to the current requirements of Steinway's new Concert Technician Training Program, of which Parker is the first participant. As such, outside service availability will often be to mostly evenings and weekends between September 1st and November 30th 2026, and then again from early January to late May 2027. Thanks for bearing with us during this unusual, exciting period.

Services and Pricing

See below for some of the more common services available on the scheduler:

Standard Tuning Rates

Standard Piano Tuning- 1 hour - $300
Note: this rate is only for pianos that have been serviced inside of the last three years AND are in good working order. Includes the tuning and as much other work as can be fit within the time.

Piano Tuning Plus - 2 hours

Piano Tuning Plus - 2 hours - $450
Note: This rate is for pianos that have not seen service for three or more years, or for instances where the last tuning was more recent, but extra mechanical work is needed.

Half Day Services - 4 hours

Half Day Service - 4 hours - $800
Note: Half Day Services are ideal for cases where the player's experience is suffering due to poor touch or poor tone. The half-day service allows proper time to holistically address issues inside the mechanics of the instrument, for things like deep cleaning and bringing parts back into alignment. These can be booked in two categories: Touch and Tone. Select the choice that more closely aligns with your needs.
Half Day Service: $800

How do I know what level of service I need?

For general upkeep on an instrument that has been tuned somewhat regularly, then I would recommend booking the single hour service.
For most other cases, the two hour service will be necessary to ensure enough time to give your instrument the proper level of care.
For those looking to have more extensive repairs performed, or advanced service to bring good instruments closer to the concert level of performance, then that is when the four hour service is recommended.

Piano Tuning: $300

For repeat customers and those who are already receiving regular service

Piano Tuning Plus: $450

For those pianos that have not seen regular service, or may need just a little more TLC
